What is I•ROC wellbeing?
I•ROC wellbeing is a powerful set of outcome measurement tools for mental health recovery. Designed to provide interactive engagement between person, practitioner and organisation, the tools can be can be used in digital and paper format. Together they create a holistic picture of recovery and wellbeing, helping to identify high priority areas, set aims and track progress along the recovery journey.
The suite of tools includes:
- HOPE® - A framework for wellbeing based on Home, Opportunity, People, Empowerment.
- I•ROC® - Individual Recovery Outcomes Counter - A facilitated self-assessment that uses the HOPE® framework and 12 indicators of wellbeing to assess and measure personal recovery.
- HOPE® Toolkit - Personal plans and wellbeing tools that link to I•ROC and promote recovery.
- I•ROC® Digital - A secure I.ROC Management System and mobile app that can be used on and offline.
The tools provide a consistent, reliable and flexible way of working across an organisation to deliver meaningful results. I•ROC wellbeing allows service providers and workers real time access to data and reporting which can be measured at individual, service or organisational level.
